Megan (Ande) Yahr joined Kantor Taylor in October 2011. Her practice covers many aspects of commercial real estate law, including development, finance, entity formation, purchases, sales, business acquisitions, and leasing, with an emphasis on multifamily and affordable housing. Ande has represented developers, buyers, sellers, lenders and credit enhancers in the purchase, sale, financing and use of a broad range of commercial properties, including office buildings, industrial properties, shopping centers, rural agricultural properties, energy production and transmission facilities, and multifamily communities.
Prior to joining Kantor Taylor, Ande practiced in Denver, Colorado as a real estate associate at Faegre & Benson LLP and Jester Gibson & Moore, LLP.
